The Wolves Ha-unt Reds— Again!

What a perfect return of the F.A cup competition to mark the third round with immense prowess and team chemistry as all the Premier league teams making the round seamless with easy wins. With a 7-0 thrashing at Tranmere from the inspired Pochettino’s side. A hat trick from the less played forward- Fernando Llorente, a brace from an unexpected right back Serge Aurier and a-goal-a-piece for the ever scoring Son and Harry Kane.

Manchester United under Ole Gunnar have been invincible so far with all five fixtures under the new manager being walkovers for the lads. “Have you seen how they play now?” Asked my friend in an unlikely tone as though the reds could have let their guard down for Reading in such a must win match. Goals from Lukaku and Juan Mata made them sure of a fourth round match in the competition.

With the gunners being the most lauded in these Cup tie, they had no worries visiting Bloomfield Road in their third round match against Blackpool as they placed three past the hosts. Being Joe Willock’s night, he went on the score sheet with a brace and in the dying hours of the game, Alex Iwobi had an easy tap-in after an Aaron Ramsey shot was blocked.

Well, to be candid enough, the current league leaders have been such a strong side and might complain of being robbed of a goal in their last game at the Etihad stadium but YNWA side are here to create a mark! Judging by how they have broken all odds this season with everyone dubbing this season as theirs to lose. The last time Wolves and the Reds met in the F.A. fourth round, Wolves astonished the hosts and the match ended 1-2 in favor of the visitors.

Now, once bitten twice shy is the adage that will be carried forward by Klopp’s men ahead of the fixture and with Wolverhampton hosting the Reds in this round of cup-tie, I doubt EspĂrito’s side will be willing to let go easy. If I have analysed this match enough, I would say Liverpool still have an upper arm over the hosts in the Monday night football fixture. Thus, Liverpool win is imminent.

So friends, are you to miss this match? I surely suppose not! Till tomorrow.
